Dynamic Planet Spring Break Camp (ages 5-12)

Delve into planet Earth, it’s defining features, natural patterns and processes with Science on a Sphere and hands-on activities and experiments simulating our planet. Explore high into the atmosphere, take a deeper look at our oceans, and survey the land to discover our active world. Camp taught by NASA Intern from the Johnson Space Center for Education.

Glimpse into our solar system to examine the sun, planetary bodies and the unique qualities of Earth. Explore the functions of our incredible planet and how natural processes support and interact with life. Dive into Earth’s bodies of water, ice and aquifers. Take a closer look at this life-sustaining resource and the impacts of humans on our most valuable commodity. Explore the history of Earth’s atmosphere, weather, and air quality. Examine changes over time and influencing factors on current climate trends. Navigate the importance of land on Earth and learn more about how life interacts with its resources and impacts the health of our planet.

Parents/guardians/grandparents are welcome to stay if their child is registered. (ages 5-12)
