It’s time to get empowered. This class is about motivating girls to find their confidence and inner strength. Participants will be inspired to develop fitness routines they are excited about, set goals while learning the steps to achieve them and learn the importance of embracing healthy habits at this crucial age. Girls will learn to love fitness, cook yummy yet nutritious recipes and make supportive friends—leading them to a lifetime of healthy happiness. (ages 11-13)
