In this course, faculty explore Gallup Strengths as they relate to the practice of teaching. Topics covered include: -Strengths research and history (Discover) -Applying Signature Themes (Develop) -Integrating Strengths into your teaching practice (Deploy)

With over 10 years of teaching experience, she enjoys facilitating meaningful learning experiences, actively engaging adult learners, and coaching individuals in self-discovery and development of what they do best.
