A "glimmer" is a term used to describe small moments that spark joy, peace, or a sense of safety. These moments can help cue our nervous system to feel calm and connected. The concept of glimmers is part of the Polyvagal Theory, which explains how our autonomic nervous system responds to cues in our environment. Join us to create two vision boards…one for visualizing and manifesting your aspirations and dreams (career, relationships, health, et al.) using images, words, and affirmations. The other collaged board will help you capture the glimmers along the way, memorializing the moments that confirm you’re becoming the kind of person that you want to be.
