Do you already know the basics of making sushi, and are now ready for the next level? Come learn how to form nigiri, roll a rainbow roll, and cut fish. When this class is over, you will confidently be able to craft sushi rolls, form nigiri, and authentically serve sashimi. Must be 18 years old or older to enroll.

Please wear long hair pulled back, long loose pants and sleeves, and closed-toe shoes. Arrive through the east doors to the Lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 of MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before class starts.
