Savor the joy of fresh, homemade bread this summer as you explore the craft of artisan baking. In this hands-on class, you’ll practice shaping, proofing, and baking a variety of breads while learning techniques to achieve perfect texture, flavor, and crust.
Notes:
Please wear long hair pulled back, long loose pants and sleeves, and closed-toe shoes.
Arrive through the east doors to the Lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 of MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before class starts.
