Sound Bites explores the powerful connection between what we hear and what we taste. Participants will experience a guided, resonance-based sound meditation paired with tantalizing amuse-bouche, bite-sized delights from the Institute for the Culinary Arts crafted to awaken the palate.
This immersive experience blends science, art, and mindfulness, inviting you to amuse your senses and reconnect with your body. Discover how activating the parasympathetic nervous system enhances both digestion and overall nourishment, all through the interplay of music and flavor.
Notes:
Please wear long hair pulled back, long loose pants and sleeves, and closed-toe shoes.
Arrive through the east doors to the Lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 of MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before class starts.
