After this three-hour hands-on workshop, kids will be able to impress their family and friends by making pâte à choux, the base dough for cream puffs and eclairs. Kids also learn to how to properly pipe the pâte à choux dough and make different varieties of pastry cream for the filling.
Notes:
Please meet in the lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts, Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus 15 minutes before the start of camp time. Free parking is available in lots A1 and A2.
Please have your child wear long sleeves and long pants, closed-toe shoes, and hair pulled back.
