In this three-hour workshop, kids will learn how to make the perfect crust for the right application, whether it's a traditional pie, hand pie, quiche, or tart. The lesson includes making - and tasing - each of these uses of pie dough.

Please meet in the lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts, Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus 15 minutes before the start of camp time.  Free parking is available in lots A1 and A2.

Please have your child wear long sleeves and long pants, closed-toe shoes, and hair pulled back.
