Sweet and science meet in this three-hour, hands-on workshop all about cakes! Kids will gain an understanding of how both technique and ingredients can change the flavor and texture of cake. To top it off, kids will learn to make frosting for their confection and some basic decorating.

Please meet in the lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts, Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus 15 minutes before the start of camp time.  Free parking is available in lots A1 and A2.

Please have your child wear long sleeves and long pants, closed-toe shoes, and hair pulled back.
