Use your creative skills to make a 2D design that can be printed on many kinds of surfaces. UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the printer distributes ink on the surface of a material, specially designed UV lights follow close behind, curing or drying the ink instantly. This course focuses on the design aspects using Corel Draw and Roland software. You can print on objects up to 4 inches deep, including glass, fabric, golf balls, laptops, cell phones, etc. Bring the material you want to use for accurate measurements. Cost of supplies are included in the tuition.
Use clothing appropriate for a lab setting.
