*Blanchard SLII® Concepts

This 4-hour course provides leaders with the knowledge and skills to be agile, empower subordinates to be successful, and use the appropriate leadership style in response to the needs of the person and the situation. Through interactive learning, participants use techniques to apply SLII® concepts quickly, deeply, and effectively. Participants must complete a 20 question electronic assessment one week prior to attending the class. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Before class begins, you will be sent a link to the electronic assessment that is due one week before the beginning of the class.
