This 24-hour hybrid course is for project professionals who want to become more versed in core knowledge and competencies for the in-demand field of business analysis. Participants engage in hands-on lessons on the tools and techniques of business analysis planning, monitoring, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, requirements life cycle management, design definition, and documentation. Curriculum is aligned with the widely adopted framework through the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) and is taught by instructors who are IIBA® certified. Upon successful completion of training and self-study, participants are prepared for the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA™) exam.
