Join us for a lesson on cocktails with a connection to Valentine’s Day, and enjoy a five-course meal along the way. Chefs from the ICA will prepare a menu designed to complement the cocktails, and enhance the stories and lessons about the beverages. This class will teach students the history of each drink’s components, and how they come together to make delicious drinks to share.
