Participants learn the concepts and principles to earn the CMP TIA Fundamentals+ certification and Google IT Support Certification. Class involves in-person work, online work, and hands-on labs to learn the course content and to be prepared to take several certifications. This class is an entry-level course designed to provide a broad understanding of the IT field. It covers basic IT concepts and terminology and is geared towards individuals who are new to IT or considering a career in IT.
