Welcome to How to Build Balloon Decor! In this course, you will learn the basics of creating stunning balloon decorations for a variety of occasions. We will cover the fundamentals of balloon decorating, including how to choose the right balloon types, how to inflate and tie them in different shapes, and how to arrange them into eye-catching designs. You will also learn how to create balloon designs for special events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more.
