In this 90-minute lunch-and-learn, nonprofit leaders will learn how to use the NSF I-Corps Customer Discovery approach to design programs with communities-not for them-and avoid common pitfalls. Participants will learn how to test assumptions, validate real community needs, and build programs based on lived experience rather than projected solutions-so services are equitable, relevant, and actually used.
