Interact with students from the Institute for the Culinary Arts as they engage, discover, and present their learning about sustainable food systems. Each quarter, the specific topics will evolve as the science, technology, and current events move the conversation in new directions.

Please arrive to the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before the class begins, and you will be escorted to the classroom.
