In this hands-on session held in MCC's studio, participants will explore how video and audio support learning and instructor presence in online courses, with a focus on instructor introduction videos used in Canvas course shells. Participants will review examples of effective introduction videos and draft a short script for their own course. Time will be provided for discussion, feedback. and refinement, so participants leave with a ready-to-use script. The session will also include practical tips for recording a simple, effective video and an opportunity to schedule a professional recording session with the facilitators, MCC’s media production specialists.
