Join a one-of-a-kind 7 course brunch for true food enthusiasts.  

A maximum of six guests will be seated with six members of the National Culinary Team USA.  This table of 12 naturally creates an opportunity for attendees to talk and learn what it takes to create cuisine at the Olympic level – from the chefs who will compete at the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg this November. 

This setting offers a rare opportunity not only to observe, but to engage, connecting directly at a table with the chefs that are competing, the leadership and managers of the team, and the advisors that critique their performance.  Learn what it takes to maintain the team’s training regimen, and how you can support them on the road to gold. 

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated, multi-course meal highlighting exceptional American ingredients and contemporary culinary artistry. Throughout the experience, chefs will share insights into the inspiration behind the menu, their training process, and the demands of international culinary competition. Carefully paired beverages, from sparkling selections to coffee, will accompany each course.   

Please note: This brunch experience is designed as a training mechanism to help our nation’s chefs refine and perfect the skills required to execute this menu with precision for an upcoming global competition. Given this focus, substitutions or menu modifications are not possible. Common allergens in this menu include shellfish, finfish, gluten, egg, dairy, tree nuts, and alcohol. Allergens will also be identified by request as each course is served.
