Join this extraordinary culinary evening reserved for true food enthusiasts. This exclusive dinner experience features chefs from National Culinary Team USA as they refine their competition menu ahead of the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg this November. These elite chefs from all over the country bring together techniques and ingredients that reflect American cuisine at the highest level.
Attendees will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner highlighting American ingredients and contemporary culinary artistry. Throughout the evening, chefs will share insights into the inspiration behind the menu, their training regimen, and the demands of international culinary competitions. Also included are beverages ranging from champage to coffee for each course.
This experience offers a rare opportunity to learn about the USA’s National Culinary Team and the role our local Chefs at The Institute for the Culinary Arts play in this prestigious venture.

This evening offers a rare opportunity to experience a menu being refined for international competition. Throughout the meal, you will:
• Discover uniquely American ingredients featured in the menu and learn about their origins
• Gain insight into the discipline and preparation required of the National Culinary Team USA
• Observe the team as they refine their execution through careful repetition
This dinner experience is designed as a training mechanism to help our nation’s chefs refine and perfect the skills required to execute this menu with precision for an upcoming global competition. Given this focus, substitutions or menu modifications are not possible. Common allergens in this menu include; shellfish, finfish, gluten, egg, dairy, tree nuts, and alcohol. Common allergens will also be identified by request as each course is served.
Guests are able to arrive within a window of time, up to 15 minutes before or after their registered class time. Upon arrival, guests will begin the guided event starting with a welcome bite before they are escorted to their tables in small groups to allow the evening to unfold at a comfortable pace.
