You can earn your WISE™ Level 1 & Level 2 Certifications during our 1-week Bootcamp. A Level 1 WISE™ Certified Technician is a technician who has passed the WISE™ Certification Knowledge Exam and is considered qualified to repair or resolve issues without opening the device. Once you pass the Level 1 Exam, you are eligible to enroll in the hands-on portion to become certified as a WISE™ Level 2 technician where you will learn to to replace hardware inside the device.
