Develop internal power, energy, increased strength and flexibility, peace of mind and the opportunity to gain greater self-awareness. Tai Chi has many proven health benefits. Class is led by Angie Walker, certified Tai Chi instructor.

Students will utilize the Zoom conferencing application to complete this course.
