Participants are welcome to use MCC's open Prototype Design Lab. The Prototype Design Lab is a 9600 square foot facility containing a wide variety of fabrication equipment including a fully stocked wood and metal shop. Technicians are available to help you get started with all aspects of your projects including design, file generation, and machine operation. Participants are required to take a short safety course before using equipment, but once completed they will have full access to all of the software and equipment. Free equipment training is offered every Wednesday night to all participants. Open lab hours may vary depending on College closures. Material and supplies are an additional charge.

Notes:

Additional cost for materials used. Wear appropriate clothing for working in a lab setting. Lab is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
