Do you already know the basics of making sushi, and are now ready for the next level? Come learn how to form nigiri, roll a rainbow roll, and cut fish. When this class is over, you will confidently be able to craft sushi rolls, form nigiri, and authentically serve sashimi. Must be 16 years old or older to enroll.
