Home of "The Black Angel", Council Bluffs' Fairview Cemetery is perched on a hill in one of the most historic locations the city has to offer. See first hand the fair view that gave the burial ground it's name, learn about some of the city's earliest and most influential resident's, and witness unique funerary art while discovering the symbolism it holds.

Walking tours are held rain or shine, with very little causing a cancellation. Wear comfortable shoes. Moderate walking required. Walking grounds may be uneven.
