Guitar III builds on the lessons taught in Guitar I and Guitar II. In this course, students will begin to learn more advanced guitar techniques like identifying and understanding key signatures, using alternate strumming patterns, and improvising using scales/chords. Students will also learn techniques to help them sound like the pros such as power chords and bar chords. As the course comes to an end, each student will be able to select a song and the class will play from a lead sheet. This course meets in the sound studio of the instructor's home. Class participants will receive an instructional book to keep!
