Exploring Nebraska’s Wildlife is a comprehensive and engaging course designed to deepen your understanding of the wildlife native to Nebraska that coexists with you on a daily basis. This course aims to provide you with a holistic perspective on the local fauna, focusing on topics such as conservation, animal rights, common wildlife species, wildlife-related safety, species identification, and caring for lost or injured animals.


This class involves walking outside around the community to identify wildlife. Parents must complete a waiver form at mccneb.edu/ceforms.
