In this course, students are instructed in the basic operations of QuickBooks. You will learn to create a company accounting system from the ground up and build lists to include all the information necessary to operate a company's operations on a day-to-day basis. Learn both the invoicing/receivables side of business as well as how to write checks and pay bills and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. An optional textbook is available for purchase the first night of class for $30 by cash or check. Basic Windows familiarity as well as the ability to use a mouse is a must. Good typing skills are a plus. You will receive a certificate of completion via email at the end of class. The class utilizes the desktop version of Quickbooks. No discounts.
