*Hydroponics for Educators

Join us for an in-person hydorponic workshop! This course will introduce teachers to the methods and applications of hydroponics. Topics will include hydroponic principles and system designs, nutrient cycling and water quality, and plant biology and health. Participants will have a hands on experience inside of the hydroponic growing container to provide them with a clear understanding of controlled environment produce production systems. We will cover Nebraska State Science Standards and help bring hydroponics to the classroom. Lunch will be included. (one session)
