String Art Workshop: Halloween Decor

String art is an arrangement of string strung between nails to form patterns or designs on a wooden board. String art has its origins in the "curve stitch" activities invented by Mary Everest Boole at the end of the 19th century. It was popularized as a decorative craft in the late 1960s through kits and books, and has seen a resurgence in popularity in the last few years. Complete a Halloween design (pumpkin, candy corn or ghost) during the two-hour class. All supplies are included. Cider and snacks will be provided. The instructor is Lexie Frahm. (one session)
