David Dechant
Building and sustaining positive relationships is fundamental to achieving and enjoying personal and professional success. Recognizing this, David has dedicated himself to helping people hone the relationship skills they need to find and keep the joy in their work and be more effective on and off the job.David has earned master's degrees in Theater and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Omaha, and has been engaged in training and organizational development for the last twelve years. David has presented programs on over 70 different topics related to individual, team, and organizational success to over 30,000 participants - 94% of whom have rated his facilitation as "Very Good" to "Excellent".
As a program developer, David has crafted 100's of hours of in-depth, customized training for companies in sectors as diverse as education, manufacturing, transportation, and health care. David shares a charming, over-priced home in midtown Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Donna (who is also an educator) and three too many cats.
