Through interactive discussion, video demonstrations and behavior rehearsals, this workshop focuses on the application of effective leadership and management principles and practices that equip leaders to achieve desired organizational results by communicating effectively at crucial times with others.

Ralph Lassiter
With over 25 years of experience in all areas of talent management, Ralph Lassiter, CQM, CPT, SPHR, HCS, has earned numerous instructor certifications in areas of leadership, change management, performance management, communication and mediation. He has worked with both private and public sectors including Department of Homeland Security, the National Healthy Start Association, NASA, National Parks Service state DOT's and public utilities. He holds a doctorate in pastoral counseling and a masters in leadership and adult education.
