Emotional Intelligence include perceived emotions, using emotions, understanding emotions, and managing emotions. Assessing and Improving EI competencies provides an integrated set of skills that support highly effective, fast-reacting and innovate organizations.
This workshop emphasizes the practical application of EI concepts and includes an ability-based assessment along with a lot of interactive learning. Achieve greater personal awareness, connect with others, manage stress, engage in healthy conflict and collaboration, and be more optimistic and resilient using these skills.

With over 25 years of experience in all areas of talent management, Ralph Lassiter, CQM, CPT, SPHR, HCS, has earned numerous instructor certifications in areas of leadership, change management, performance management, communication and mediation. He has worked with both private and public sectors including Department of Homeland Security, the National Healthy Start Association, NASA, National Parks Service state DOT's and public utilities. He holds a doctorate in pastoral counseling and a masters in leadership and adult education.
