  1. Goal setting and providing performance feedback - Learn about the importance and method in establishing effective performance goals while providing ongoing, relevant feedback to employees against progress made against those goals.
  2. Performance management and corrective action - Learn how to assess individual performance against established goals using MCC's performance management process and outline the necessary steps to take when performance expectations are not being met.
